Only half of pieces sent and stakes were incorrect size.

Just got 4 pieces instead of 8 . Like the square set of 20 inches high require.
The box was in horriable shape.. but that’s not the big problem.. the problem is that I only received 4 straight pieces 48 inches.. instead of 8 pieces. I order the set of squares 20 inch high
