Excellent quality for cleaning your Blackstone
Quality, strength, and simplicity of the scraper is perfect for cleaning your griddle. I'm 6'1" with fairly large hands and this is an excellent size and shape for cleaning the griddle when done with cooking. I use it on my larger cast iron pans 10" and larger as well. Highly recommend this scraper if you're getting set up with cooking on a griddle.

Perfect for my outdoor griddle!!
I love cooking on my flattop, but every now and then, I have to scrape my griddle clean of the cooked-on beef and cheese.Back half a lifetime ago when I worked at the golden arches place, we used to have very similar grill scrapers. I'm glad to see something like that is available for the non-restaurant use.This works very well, the blades last a long time, and it is super easy to clean.
