I have a bad shoulder and this is lovely. I am a bit wary as the last one I had from a different seller didn't last long.

Excellent while it worked but in the bin after 4 weeks - devastating as with a bad neck - was my saviour BUT very short lived!!!!!!

Purchased for mum after my nest friend recommended it. You do have to purchase a battery pack but my mum seemed to like it.

Haven't had a chance to try this out yet as the power pack was missing. Very dissatisfied.

Well, this to a bonfire night and my neck stayed toasty warm all evening. Didn’t need the heating on for very long, but the scarf proved to be soft and warm even when not activated. It is worth noting that it doesn’t come with its own power bank, but this is mentioned in the description so shouldn’t be a surprise.
