Complete Multivitamin
Took these for several weeks in order to gauge their effectiveness. Overall, they are comparable to many Multivitamins. I like that they are easy to swallow in capsule form. I feel great taking these, which means there was no change from my previous regular MTV. Only downside is the 2-capsules per day dose, versus the one tablet I had been taking. I have no issues swallowing vitamins, or pills whatsoever. Just a cautionary note for folks who struggle to swallow pills and the like.

The product is good and everything I haven’t seen any results yet. I am a little bit unhappy they only give you half of bottle as you can see in the picture. I think that is kind of a rip off. But the pills are fine.

Great Whole Food Complete Multivitamin and Mineral with Probiotics
I only buy multivitamins sold in amber glass jars, with Nutra I get a great multivitamin and the minerals and probiotics I need without having to buy other products and take two more capsules in the morning. These capsules are easy to take apart and dunk the ingredients in my smoothie mix as well. I would buy Nutra again.
