Very good basic vitamin. Easy to digest.

These are great I had been feeling weak and sick all the time and had no energy at all. I wanted one vitamin I could take to feel better and I found it. One pill a day will help you tremendously. I had more energy the first day then I have had in a long time. I felt so good these will now be my daily vitamins. They’re not that big the smell is normal vitamin smell and you don’t taste them because you swallow it like a pill. I love the bottle it’s more cardboard and the top twist to pop one out. Not a lid type.
