What is the recommended daily dose?

Based on the studies available we recommend taking 1 Ritual Scoop (7g) or 2 heaped tsp of collagen per day as a maintenance dose. It is safe to take more than this (up to 15g) if you want to combine some of our collagen products across the day.

How long will it take for me to see benefits?

There is no set time frame for collagen to start working. Some report noticing changes within a few weeks of consistent use. Within 3 to 6 months, most see more noticeable benefits. These are subjective experiences and vary from person to person.

Can results vary from person to person?

Yes! Factors such as individual health conditions, lifestyle, age, diet, health goals and genetic makeup all play a role. If you don't notice immediate benefits, your body is likely prioritising using collagen in the places it needs it the most.

Are Ancient + Brave products tested for heavy metals, microbes or allergens?

Yes, we absolutely ensure our products undergo testing to ensure they meet the highest standards for purity and safety.

What makes Wild Collagen different from other products?

Our Wild Collagen is MSC-certified sustainable, potent, and extremely easy to use. You won't find any added ingredients which may damage your health. No fillers, no sweeteners or potassium sorbate. Simply pure, efficacious and clinically proven.
