I’ve been using the Burnlab Medium Resistance Band for a few weeks now, and it’s absolutely amazing! The resistance level is just right – challenging enough to give a great workout, but not so tough that it feels impossible. The quality is top-notch; the band feels durable and doesn’t lose elasticity even after multiple sessions.

Got these delivered yesterday. Resistance is good. Product quality is good. Finishing could be improved. Ref pics - "burn"lab effect marks ?

Good for normal exercises but if you are going for heavy duty by the smaller ones which has less tension with the weight because I snepped it in heavy duty exercise . The resistant band went for one month rigorous training and snapped after a minor cut happened during the exercise due to the heavy weight training in the band could not take the pressure so it's snapped.but regular uses the band is very good I do not had any problem and also recommending to everyone

Its quite good in resistance and soft to touch can be used in ace of weights and even for pilates .material is sturdy and provide good resistance

Maybe it's an issue with bands themselves, and not this brand. But it ripped after a few months of use. I don't use resistance bands anymore, of any brand.
