These are the only indigestion tablets that work for trapped wind, and if you're a sufferer from that you know just how painful that can be, I've docked one point because of the foil encasing each tablet, because almost every time I removed a tablet I suffered a tiny nick on my fingers!

We keep the Deflatine and Gaviscon on hand at all times. These work specifically on trapped wind!! And are VERY fast (great peppermint taste and easy to chew). IF you are just having some indigestion they will work too!! (Though I feel the gaviscon is better for that imo). GOOD product, have reordered many times over the years (lasts a while though!) and highly recommend for its purpose.

This works. Only problem or the box was crushed when it was delivered . It did taste very chalky but I will live with that as it worked

As a diabetic, I could not find a sugar free chewable option in the brick and mortar world. I tried this product about 6 weeks ago, and I think it seems to work. As there are only 18 tablets in a box, I have just ordered more boxes to refill the medicine cabinet. They are a bit pricey, but shipping was free, so I feel better about the price.

Indicated shipped and that it arrived, but I never received the package and there is no way to receive a refund. This was quite expensive.

Didn't work at all... If anything it made my stomach more upset... :(
