It heats up but stops after maybe 10 minutes so you constantly have to press the heat button again. The controller screeen half died after 2 months and now after 5 months the controller is mostly dead so the blanket doesnt work.

The product itself is very good I bought it as a Christmas gift for my mother, who really enjoyed it. However, after two months the device has stopped working, with no power signs on the control. I would like to arrange for a replacement but neither Amazon nor the distributor have any option to do so.

My favourite throw quit working after 4 years and many washes the control just kept shutting down and one button was stuck, so I decided to replace it. I found one of a different brand and ordered it, it was a lower cost and looked just like my old one. It came very quickly. When I got the new LIVIVO micro-fleece throw I tried to use it on my old throw and found the new control had issues even when paired with the companion throw that came with it. So now I had a new throw that had issues again within 1 week the remote gave me a “C” which was nowhere in the pamphlet. The remote gets hot and the blanket only heats up a bit. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement no questions asked. I wish they had asked, I wish they had actually had an email where I could tell the issues and asked if this is common. Along comes LIVIVO throw number 2, quickly and with no questions asked and on the first day with the exact same issues of the remote getting so hot it felt like it would burn me and blanket only warm. So I try to contact them. I have only two options, "review" or "track return". Both blankets I have ordered are DANGEROUS if used for anyone unaware that the remote is getting very hot. This and the most disappointing part is I am unable to get any support on this. There is no one to leave a message and no one to speak to, so I have to return the first blanket and then return the second one and write a bad review.

Fleece is thin, compared to my cosi home blanket that is much more luxurious The first time I used it, it took ages to warm up and was only lukewarm. Second time, the display stopped working and it wouldn't heat up at all. Poor quality, sending it back and do not want one from this name again.

It is a terrible situation, because I presented that blanket to my husband to keep him in warm while he watches TV news, but the blanket stopped to work in one month and one week....just one day the blanket control stopped working. I can't return that because it is written " Return window closed on 8 March ". It means in one month after purchase, but it was working only for one week more. I contacted to the manufacturer but it was unhelpful, because they refer me to the Amazon site and Amazon has closed the window for return. Basically, it's like going in circles.

I bought this throw for my 90 year old mother she only used it for a short time October to December, all the wiring has broken and it doesn't heat up! Surely it comes with a warranty? With only using for a short time I thought it would last longer. I would like to send it back to you so please send me a return label and send a replacement. I look forward to your reply.

It was so lovely, but 2 months in I can’t reliably get it to turn on :((( so I do not recommend, sadly.

Bought it as a Xmas present in December 2020. January 2022 and the remote control melted whilst using the blanket one evening. Suddenly smelt a very strong plastic / chemical smell and noticed smoke coming from the controller
