Product delivered damaged and doesn’t work and no refund Amazon customer services now claim back for us It was ordered in May didn’t arrive till July And don’t get refund till August

Does not seem safe
Very sorry to say that this item doesn’t seem safe at all. It is basically an open pot of boiling water. It would benefit from a way to secure it to a flat surface, it could be knocked over very easily. Seller is fine, nice to deal with, but the product doesn’t seem like it would meet EU safety standards, sorry to say.
