Is amazing don't waste your money in any other product this one has everything you need neck massager moves up and down to find that perfect spot and even if you tall enough can put it right at shoulder level to message you shoulder area. The back goes really low and high to cover all your back. Vibration is strong to relax all you body and heat that you can actually feel it throughout you tshirt.

Didn’t know what to expect with the value of the price but this works so so great. I had a sore neck and back for weeks and decided to order this. 1 (15) minute session helped my neck and all over this is a pretty great massager. on par with full chair massagers. wish the back massager could increase another level or two but overall for the value and what this massager can do, it is great!

I think it is worth the money. I had an IJOY massage chair but as i got older the chair sat too low to the ground for me. While this does not replace a $5,000 massage chair (or in my case $800), it is pretty great for what it is. The pad is sturdy, optional flip over to allow a deeper press on the massage nodes. The neck for me, i wish it were a bit lower or moved down to the shoulders, but it addresses the neck well in the current placement. The back has massage nodes that either roll up & down or rotate to provide a light shiatsu type massage. It has two different heat areas: neck or back plus a couple of different modes for the seated vibration. Overall it is a great product. Works well. Only reason it is not a 5 star is dueto i need a deeper harder massage for my upper back/shoulder trapezius muscles.

I was having aback issues, so I bought this. I used it a few times and it feels so nice. fortunately, My back has stopped hurting so I have not needed to use it more. I have it ready for next time.

This chair works wonders for your neck and back area. It vibrates and heats up. The rotating balls works out any aches you may have and it does your full back or you can target certain areas. I love this chair, worth every penny

Ok,,, sooo I just received my new chair massager. And I gotta say I’m just a little bit disappointed. However, not because of the product, but because of the size and some of the design features. I’m a short person with a very short torso and a short neck. In order to enjoy the massage on the neck I actually had to sit on a pillow in order to raise me up high enough to get the effects of this, the WINGS on the lower sides are not designed for full figure people they are designed for thin people, as a result, the wings prohibit the full effect of the Shiatsu massage to the lower lumbar area, which I am in need of. Unfortunately, for me, this item is most likely going to be returned. You tall thin People this thing would be perfect. PS; yes, I did lower the neck massage to the lowest setting.

I received this as a gift from my husband for Christmas. I always have to have some kind of car massager in my suv especially for long trips. With back issues it makes the drives so much more enjoyable!. I love the options of different speeds, heat, vibrations with no knots stabbing you in the back while not being used. I highly recommend this one!

This is no good. The unit is literally straight as a board. It does not contour to a natural back. You cannot effectively get the neck and the back at same pressure, your either leaning into the neck or the back, that’s after propping one end or another, which makes one or the other painful. Which leads to problem two, the “strength” is not adjustable. It has one mode, hard and painful. Most people who need something like this suffer poor posture and that something that should have been considered in the design. Overall it’s built very well, but it’s built more for people who are fit and have perfect spines, even then I cannot see it working well.
