Japanese Organic KOJI, 20.4 oz (Pack of 2)

I prefer white miso for more delicately flavored dishes, and this product is delicious. A little miso can go a long way, but I don’t find this brand salty or funky at all.

Great value, delivery, taste and qty was all as written and can be believed.

The size is just good enough for a few times, which works great as you don't want to keep it in the fridge for too long (i had it for about 2 months). Unless you drink miso or use in recipes quite a bit, this size is just right. Last one i bought from another seller was twice as much and cheap but i had to throw away as it got 2 dark for my comfort. It was probably good enough but did not look so good after a while.

The product is not returnable. It is brown in color and not the orange-ish color it has been in the past and the way it is pictured. It's called "white" miso paste and it is dark in color. Now I'm stuck with it. Perhaps it got too warm in storage or shipping. I'll never order from this company again. I'll find it locally.

Excellent flavor and so easy to use. Lasts for a very long time in the refrigerator! I have found many recipes to add it to. Not just the one I purchased it for.

I add a tablespoon to my ramen noodles...yummy!
