Do they arrive in a presentaion box?

They arrive in a plastic bag within an amazon box

It smelt burned the first time i used it, I followed the instructions, I have got rid of the packaging but I would like a refund?

I think the lavender gives it that burned smell. I found after a few weeks or regular use that smell disappeared. I think they could just forget about the lavender, it doesn't smell great and might actually put people off buying it.
