Does this eye serum help with puffy eyes

It did initially help but I find that I need to alternate it with other products as have sensitive eyelids. I think it is just me as I regularly alternate moisturisers and hair products too for the same reason. Having said that, I have invested in a second tube of the hemp product.

I'm 46 so I have quite a few lines around my eyes and dark circles. This doesn't work so well at brightening the eye area so I use a different one in the day but it moisturisers well and helps with the fine lines.
