After two months after breaking my right humorous bone, which is the upper part of the arm, my Ortho physician said it was time to add another exercise to the mix. This little device was easy to attach to a door and each day when I use it, I can get my arm a little bit higher. It’s a very simple exercise but very useful.

Works well

My husband needed a pulley system for physical therapy exercises at home. After looking at various options I ordered this one. It arrived quickly and was easy to install on the door (or would have been if I were taller). Motion is very smooth and the tension is adjustable. I hope it works for his rotator cuff pain.

Easy to install and great for stretching and helps loosen back and shoulders increasing range of motion. Great product. 👍

Using it , works as expected

This over the door pulley exercise system is great quality and the adjustable rope makes ease of use simple.

Kind of limp but does the job for me.

Received the item with its pack torn, and obviously already used as it was untidely stuffed inside the pack. Item itself, though, works as advertised.
