Fabulous in every way
This is an excellent air fryer/oven. I love the ease of the functions of cooking and cleaning. It cooks perfectly and super fast in comparison to our Salter 2-drawer 9L air fryer. It's not much larger externally either, which was important, and I can cook on 2 levels in each compartment, so 4 cooking abilities at the same time.

Great air fryer!
We purchased the Tower Vortx Vizion Dual Compartment Air Fryer Oven with Digital Touch Panel, 11L, back in 2024. This was our first ever air fryer, did lots of reaseach first to see what suited us for size. Never had a problem with it, we cook loads of things from toast through to Roast Chicken. It gets used quite heavily in household of 6 but is a great size for us and we find we can cook virtually anything in it, except for Pizza. Makes great chips and roast potatoes as well. Always a down side, it is a bit fiddly to clean, especially around the doors where food can drop into the gap. It can be quite noisy, especially when it is cooling down, so we tend to leave the doors open to cool down. Overall a great air fryer.

Good but noisy
The Air Fryer is a solid construction and cooks well. The doors are a bit fiddly and you need to use a towel to check on the cooking as the trays need to be slid out. Changing the temp or timer is a bit of a faff and often stopping and starting is quicker. It is very noisy when cooking so turn the TV up if watching a programme.

It's a versatile and efficient appliance that allows for healthier cooking
As my first air fryer, there was a slight learning curve initially, but it has quickly become an essential appliance in my kitchen, and I practically use it every day. The digital touch panel makes it effortless to navigate through the various cooking options and temperature settings. The dual compartment design is incredibly convenient, allowing me to cook multiple dishes simultaneously. This feature saves me both time and energy. The cooking results are outstanding. The Tower Vortx Vizion consistently delivers crispy and delicious food with minimal oil. Whether it's fries, chicken wings, or even baked goods, everything comes out perfectly cooked and evenly browned. While cleaning the air fryer can be a bit of a struggle due to its size, it's worth mentioning that the product comes with everything you need for cleaning. The removable trays and accessories make the process easier, although it may require some extra effort to reach every nook and cranny. Overall, I highly recommend. It's a versatile and efficient appliance that allows for healthier cooking without compromising on taste. Despite the cleaning challenge, the exceptional performance and convenience of this air fryer make it a worthwhile addition to any kitchen.

Very small VERY loud
Compartments and trays are much smaller than they appear in photos and as you don’t have the compartment as in normal air fryers it’s hard to stack and shake things like chips. I got the dual one which is fine for us. Good if you’re a single or couple who are looking for essentially a little counter oven but for families looking for quick easy meals to throw in would say it’s too small. Yes there are shelves but it’s just not as practical as the compartments and feels very tight. You only get 1 basket per compartment 1 tray and a flat rack. For me I only use this for typical air fryer food e.g., the frozen bits, chicken etc., and these tiny tray and racks are just way too small. Even on the photo I’ve attached it looks so much bigger than it really is. Also very loud, the loudest air fryer I’ve owned by far, sounds like a large fan is going. Does the job and has nice fancy settings it that’s what you’re looking for but having shelves which I thought would be a bonus is actually quite impractical:(

Glass doors save you losing heat!
FURTHER UPDATE AFTER 3 YEARS OF DAILY USE: I'm still very impressed with this air fryer. It's still going strong but I've decided to replace before it gives up. Needless to say I'm buying the exact same model as it's replacement. UPDATE AFTER 18 MONTHS: This has to be one of the best appliances I've ever bought for the kitchen. I have used it at least once every day since purchase and am still impressed with it! It's saved me a fortune in energy bills, is easy to keep clean and cooks healthier meals due to not using cooking oils. Meat is so tender and fish succulent. Can't fault it. I've had this 11ltr, 2 basket fryer for 4 months now. I thought it would be useful occasionally but I have found I cook most meals with it (alongside the microwave) and haven't used the gas oven since I got this fryer. Very impressed with how this cooks steaks and pies. I can cook a full Sunday roast dinner for the two of us. Yes, it takes some juggling and tweaking to start with, but everything is trial and error. I don't use the presets and simply adjust the timings and temperature by about -20%. The best feature is definitely the fact this has glass doors and a light, eliminating the need to open the doors to see how the food is doing. Hence no heat loss! I'm so glad I chose this air fryer. Far better than my friend's one that cost more than double.

Fab bit of kit although a bit temperamental
I purchased the dual oven after lots of research and consideration of what I would find most useful. I love that the machine has two ovens that can be controlled separately, the sync finish is invaluable, meals are cooked to perfection in on average 2/3rds of the time they would take in my conventional oven, it easily fits enough food to feed a family of four, or three adults, and being able to control the light and check on the foods progress makes it super easy to keep an eye on it. The machine is very easy to clean, and I have had no need for any other racks, tins or trays. It is well made and feels very sturdy, and after a couple of months of near daily use it is still as new, and because of all of these things I am still happy with my purchase. However the machine can be a little temperamental. It requires a lot of ventilation space, so I wouldn’t recommend it if needing it to fit in a tight space where room to “let it breathe” would be an issue. At times, even with a lot of room it’ll still shut down with an error code coming up. This is easily sorted by opening the oven doors for a few seconds, but is still a nuisance while you’re trying to cook. On the whole, I am very happy with this little piece of time saving awesomeness, but when the time comes to replace it I will look for something a little less moody.
