Tasty omega 3s
I’m not a fan of sardines and tuna is just okay, but I really like this mackerel, and it helps me get some omega 3s into my diet. I’ve never noticed any bones, and the texture is more like tuna (which is a good thing imo). I can grab a can and throw it onto a bed of lettuce for a quick, satisfying, and healthy lunch. The Mediterranean is my favorite but I like them all, even the jalapeño. I’m a wimp when it comes to spicy food and assumed it would be hot, but it’s very mild with a nice hint of jalapeño flavor. Just a warning, however—my husband can’t stand the smell, so be prepared with some gum or a toothbrush if eating around others!

Delicious!
These are very good, and at a relatively inexpensive price point compared to most tinned fish.

High Quality
The Mediterranean style is my favorite. The lemon is overpowering to me. The Jalapeno doesn't doesn't add anything. Overall good quality mackerel. You get large pieces, and the texture is spot on.

Tender, tasty, no skin.
JUST TENDER MEAT. No bones or other nasty stuff. These are like tuna packs, but much tastier. Love these on crackers.

Great tasting option, Mediterranean is excellent
These are consistently good. I’ve had a lot of different tinned tuna and sardines and like this as well. Jalapeño flavored was pretty good, but I particularly like the Mediterranean flavor.

Yum!!!!!
Delicious!! I love these flavors! This is comparable to fish wife but at a much better price point to sustain eating a fish daily (my goal for my RA).

No "fishy" yuck here!
I am not paid to write this and have no affiliation with this company. I'm not kidding when I say I have eaten some of the worst food on the planet because that is what I do. I used to travel A LOT and would have to take non-perishable food with me. Now, with several medically necessary diets in this house it gets tough sometimes to find some "excellent" tasting tinned food as it's really not an easy thing to accomplish but I will try any food once. This is packed with protein, not hormones or antibiotics. Its Kosher no-GMO wild caught with a BPA-NI can and its a product of Poland where at least they try not kill you with pesticides/hormones/antibiotic/GMO stuff before its even digested. I tried the variety pack of boneless skinless Mackerel and it truly is boneless and skinless. Its also NOT fishy, slimy, gooey or gross. It is the absolute best tasting, mild tasting tinned fish I have found and honestly I used to prefer Salmon but this just moved up into my regular food plan. Is it worth the cost? Yes, especially if you are trying to eat "clean" or "cleaner". I think the kiddos would like this product because it is very mild.
