Allulose Sugar-Free Sweetener (Keto, Zero Net Carbs, Non GMO)

I used this to make keto friendly icecream. I also used some to make caramel for almond praline, and it behaved exactly like sugar. It isn't as sweet, though, which I didn't mind, but uou will need to use more if it does matter.

It has a very unexpected lemony sour taste. It didn’t go away after baking. Not a great option.

It tastes nice with most things, no after taste as well

Allulose is 70% of the sweetness of sugar . Add more, at least 3 tablespoons. It does not increase blood sugar and insulin. Bright positive allulose :) I like to see it in my kitchen

Sweetner effect not strong. it is powder.
