If you travel with toddlers or young preschoolers, I recommend keeping this potty in your vehicle. To quickly park anywhere and deploy this potty has been a gift and time saver from having to haul a toddler (or multiple children) and wipes or whatever accessories necessary into a building to use a public bathroom. It’s high-quality, easy to use, and sturdy. TIP: The latching mechanism on this thing is excellent and closes solid so if it rolls around on a tight turn, nothing is coming out. It’s extremely easy to wipe with a disinfecting wipe. But even easier, you can line it with a disposable potty bag! A standard plastic bag would like work as well.

I love these travel potty’s. We’ve got two now that both my kids are potty trained and they’re still saving my bacon on car journeys. They’re easy to clean, and I’ve had one of them for 3 years now and it doesn’t smell or look gross at all. They’re a great size for little bottoms and deep enough to hold everything they should. The seal on the lid is airtight and I’ve never had a leak in all the years I’ve used them. My kids loved choosing their own designs and it really helped my son conquer his fear of going to the toilet outside of the comfort of his own home. I highly recommend this product for anyone in the market for a portable potty.

I purchased this specifically for our Hawaii trip that was about 7 weeks after starting Oh Crap Potty Training. It now lives in my car, and oh my goodness, what a helpful thing to have. In Hawaii we had a roadside potty emergency in the middle of nowhere, crisis averted with the my carry potty. Last weekend, in line at the thrift store, potty emergency, got to the car, pulled out the potty, crisis averted! It is so stinking cute, my daughter loves the cat design. It is also great for dropping her off at the baby sitter's house - way less gross than any other kind of in-home potty. The seal is very intense - it is not ideal to be sealed while flying and if you do it will take some effort to unseal it. Fits my toddler great. Quality is fabulous.

I bought this in case of emergencies for my 3.5 year old son who absolutely refuses to use public restrooms. I have a portable urinal for him, which he loves and works great, but I wanted something to have on hand just in case he needed to go #2 while we were away from home. We haven't needed to use it just yet, but I did have him sit on it to see how it would work for him. It's VERY small. I do understand that my son is very large (at 3.5 years old, he's 49 lbs and 3.5 feet tall), so for "average" size toddlers, I'm sure it's a good size. But in a pinch, we can still use this.

This is my first review, ever. I need to share with other parents that if you are choosing to train your toddler on a “teeny potty”, this is a worthwhile investment. Recommended by a friend, very grateful. Being able to literally take it anywhere—from running errands to vacations, my toddler (2 yrs 3 months) was 2 weeks into potty training and had minimal accidents when traveling across states, car and plane. She insists on carrying her “travel potty” wherever we go, with pride (and I believe, with comfort). We have received many compliments on it (people think it’s her purse/suitcase). Incredibly helpful to have something she is familiar with in all the new environments when potty learning. Helped with camp/daycare transition success too. Can even use it in the car (although that’s a bit more tricky as an even ground makes it much more stable). It is now the number 1 thing we remember when leaving the house. I docked a star on “easy to clean” and “comfort” simply because the latch has become sometimes more difficult to open as time goes on. My daughter is 99% percentile for height and 40 something percentile for weight, tall and more slender. The potty size is smaller than what’s probably comfortable but no complaints ever and I wouldn’t want it any bigger. It’s lower to the ground which probably helps get her in better pooping position anyways. Emptying is a little awkward compared to traditional home teeny potties. That will not sway me one bit— this travel potty gave my daughter the confidence she needed to learn she can potty anywhere. If you are at the stage I am, that’s everything. That’s peace of mind…that’s freedom!!

This thing is amazing! It is so convenient to travel with since it is pretty small. It is leakproof but just in case I always line with a diaper to avoid traveling with waste. It has saved us many times and allowed the back or backseat to function as a makeshift potty which has been especially awesome in situations where the park bathroom looks sketchy or just plain icky. Potty training has been loads easier with this! Full disclosure, I've had to return a few before getting a good one. One arrived and was clearly not brand new and unused, and another arrived with the lock mechanism not working properly. Thankfully the last one worked well and has been a lifesaver.

This is my First glance review just received today. What I do like: it’s compact, lightweight, and inconspicuous. Looks fun for the kiddo and got mine really excited about using it. It’s the size of a small backpack, my toddler was able to easily carry it. Really good seal, I tested it with water and got no leaks. What I don’t like: Top doesn’t stay up in the upright position it falls down so there is no back support for the kiddo and it has to rest on the floor which I find unsanitary if in a public restroom. In the picture it looks like the top is able to sit upright when open so found that misleading. The pot is not removable so you have to pick up the whole thing and pour it out, which will probably be messy. I would have preferred a removable pot so I could clean it more easily.

This was a gift for a friend but we had bought one years ago for our first. This is a serious must have for families. It makes potty training easy while on the go. We travel with it too as it can be a life saver when you aren’t in a familiar place and need a toilet. Our oldest still also uses as again when in a pinch, this is great to have in our car. The seal is amazing too. We have accidentally left it full of poo for a few days and didn’t even realize as the scent never came through. Best invention ever!

We had the same one with our older kid and now it is time for potty training again. Good for travels.

Great compact travel potty. Smaller than I thought but does the job.

Pot très pratique pour les premiers début au pot parfait pour les vacances, vous .l'amenez partout et ne voit pas que c'est un pot. Mon fils a adoré Maya et à très facilement fait pipi dedans.
