Just a little bit about me, male 45, reasonably fit and healthy for my age. I live an active life, I dont drink but I do smoke socially. I had a work related general health test which is where I learned that I had high cholesterol, 7.4...high cholesterol is in my family, my mother was over 10 and is on medication for the rest of her life. So to be honest it was no great shock to me that mine was this high despite eating healthily. I went to my doctors and he just told me to quit smoking and eat better, I'm already a great lover of porridge so that box was ticked however I started to introduce foodstuffs that lower or maintain cholesterol spreds and the like. 6 months later I had the test again, this time it had gone down but only to 6.7, progress yes but not enough. After a bit of research and following advice I purchased these sterols. I was taking 3 a day in the morning religiously. I completed 1 course over 40 days, and got tested again. Now I dont expect you to believe me as I cant believe it myself but my cholesterol level dropped to 4.2 I'm continuing with another cycle at 3 a day until I reach 3.0ish then I will switch to 1 tablet to maintain my levels. Do what you will with that information, but it worked for me, I dont feel any different physically now to having a much higher cholesterol lvl, but I'm happier in the knowledge that it's being reduced and managed. I hope you have the same results.

These tablets work but only if you crush them as they are to big and hard to digest. So if they do not work it is probably because they are just not breaking up in your stomach.

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks. No idea if they are helping my elevated cholesterol levels. But my goodness, these are hard to swallow! I did read the reviews that said this, but seeing as I've read that before about other tablets and never had any problems swallowing those, I thought these would be OK. However I am having trouble with these - not only are the really big, they are so chalky that even with a whole glass of water they stick in the back of your throat. They don't even have smooth edges, so it's uncomfortable to get down. I have tried them broken in half, but that feels even worse. I am now chewing them before swallowing, but they are really hard to break down.

These do work. Cholesterol is a little lower. The only trouble is remembering to take them...

Oct 24 update. After taking these for several months - nearly 3 bottles and taking 3 tablets a day there was no improvement in my hospital blood test . I was careful with my diet and made lots of changes, sadly some of my levels went up. Like a lot of people have already mentioned these tablets are huge and very difficult to swallow. I am now cutting them into quarters and they are still difficult and sharp to swallow. My latest attempt to swallow these is to swallow them with a small slice of banana and this seems to work and takes away the sharpness of the broken tablet. I’m not sure if cutting the tablet will reduce the effectiveness of the tablet as some tablets are not supposed to be chewed or crushed etc. I have only been taking them for a week, so cannot comment on the effectiveness. I am currently taking 3 tablets a day spread over 3 meals.My next blood test is in October, so I will update my review then.

In Kombination mit 2x tgl 500 mg Berberin und 2x tgl Plant Sterols sind meine Cholesterinwerte nach 4 Wochen besser als mit klassischen Cholesterinsenkern. Dazu auch keine unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen. Zudem haben sich meine Nüchternblutzuckerwerte verbessert.

El.roduvto llegó rapidísimo y en óptimas condiciones. No veo mayor problema para tragarlos. Se pueden partir en dos y no he tenido ningún problema de momento. Su efecto sobre LDL debe evaluarse al menos unos meses más tarde. De momento me quedo que llevo una semana tomándolos sin ningún efecto secundario de malestar o de tragar las pastillas. Tampoco tienen olor alguno. Espero que cuando actualice la reseña para sus efectos pueda hacerlo positivamente.

Produit de qualité. Il faut compter une quinze de jours pour constater les effets positifs. Ces cachets sont sécables, et donc, facile à avaler. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires qui disent qu'ils sont trop gros. A moins d'avoir une bouche de poisson rouge, je ne vois pas où est le problème.

Genial, voy por mi segundo bote y ya ha conseguido bajarme el colesterola niveles normales. El único pero es que es un poco grande para tragarla son dificultad.
