Sweet Street New York Cheesecake (1 Count)

I bought the Sweet Street New York cheesecake because this is what we sold in our family’s restaurant while I was growing up. It’s been 10 years since I’ve had it, but I’m a cheesecake snob and have held every other cheesecake to these standards. Unfortunately, the recipe has changed from back then. The texture, flavor and density is not what it once was, even properly thawed. I wouldn’t have paid 10% of what I did if I knew the standard was gone. It’s “just fine” but not “the cheesecake by which to measure every cheesecake you’ll ever taste”
