Great product bought as my really old one broke replaced immediately with the same manufacturer. It heats up quickly and provides instant relief to my aching back . Much better and safer than a hot water bottle. Could not do without my heat pad.

Pleased with this item and it works well. Would recommend it as a better alternative to an actual hot water bottle because of the leakage problems, etc. The on off switch can seem to stick a bit but no big deal.

Brought this item as I have problems with my shoulders and stomach. It's easy to use and thinner than I expected but that's no issue. It doesn't get as hot as say a microwave hot water bottle but as it's electric it holds the heat. It doesn't seem to heat up all over but it does help with my aches and pains. I would recommend if your fed up keep getting up to a hot water bottle.

Disappointing. I have purchased four of these heat pads and three have been excellent. The fourth pad does not get very warm. This heat pad heated slightly in the centre when firs switched on but swiftly became cold. Two further attempts to turn it on also failed. I am used to how the pads work and checked that it was plugged in correctly. I expected better from this brand.

Controllable and easy to use, safer and more comfortable than a conventional hot water bottle. You can lie on it as it is flat, it wont scald you or leak and it turns its self off after 45 mins. Great for children and elderly people so long as incontinence is not an issue as water and electrics do not mix. It is very good quality. I bought one for my self than got another one for my 92 yr old Mother. It can be used if the bedroom is a bit chilly; for easing aches and pains; for relaxing back cramps due to stress or other chronic conditions, or just for comfort if you are sleeping alone. I would thoroughly recommend it

Excellent warmer for back whilst sitting. Heats up quickly and the three heat settings are good. Could also heat any other part of body such as abdomen, chest or feet for example if wanted. A great purchase to also use to place on a seat to sit on.

Pros : - I love this item - Electric hotty - already have 2 of them - 3 heat ranges 1-2-3 - switch on and it automatically switches off after 90 mins - Cons : Check you have switched the control off in the morning - what ever range you have used to keep granny warm it will switch off but continue flashing - If Granny says "can you switch the Hotty on again" just switch off and reset to range required 1-2-3 - Sorry I cant really fault this item - Have not boiled a kettle to fill up an ordinary hot water bottle in months - 5 out of 5 - now my sister wants one - bless her -

This hot "non-water" bottle is actually excellent in many respects. It heats up fast. It covers most of the area. It has several settings. The controller unit lights up when it's heating. However, it has one pretty major flaw - it has an inbuilt "Beurer Safety System" that deliberately and irreversibly destroys your device if it detects over heating. It will not disengage the heating until a certain time has passed. It will not disengage the heating until it measures the temperature and thinks it's OK. It will just blat your bottle. It will cut-out and never start up again. There is no reset procedure for this. There's nothing you can do about it. I do not disagree with the cut-out for safety reasons - not at all - but it should cut-out until a time later when it decides it's OK to start heating again - not cut-out the first time it decides it's not safe, and then never ever work again. I suggested to the company a timer (the hardware is already inside the bottle for that so it would just be programming) or a thermal limiter of some kind (if it's too hot then drop the heat setting down one notch) or even a pin-type reset button you see on other electronic devices... still a pain to do, and would ensure people don't want to do it all the time... but at least your investment wouldn't go down the the pan the first time the bottle itself decides it got too hot. It's a nice bottle with this, for me, major flaw.

Ce n'est pas une prise française. Amazon a fait un geste commercial pour que je puisse acheter l'adaptateur. Le produit en lui même est top. Je l'ai acheté pour ma mère qui souffre du dos et cela la soulage. A recommander.

I liked the idea that it is slim (can put it under your back without being worries that it will burst like water filled ones). Three different degrees of heat is quite important as you can increase it gradually. It doesn't burn you and it is a well-known medical equipment brand that I trust.

Seems alright, not long enough to cover entire back.. and also, would have liked it a bit warmer.. its not warm/hot enough on the highest setting but perhaps thats a healthier temperature
