Absolutely the best umbrella I ever bought. Very durable, UV protection, beautiful design, is stable in high winds, has a great carrying bag, excellent open and close mechanism that doesn’t jam. I bought five of these are ready for other family members, and everyone loves it. Nice choice of designs for the inside, so you can enjoy a nice print on the inside while you’re on a rainy day. The absolute perfect umbrella. Not too heavy, slightly bulky, but it opens up to a nice size. Easy to carry in a backpack or carrying bag. Absolutely best umbrella I have ever bought.

This umbrella is compact, has push button open and close, and is very sturdy... it checked all of the boxes for me. So after 18 months of use, I was disappointed that it seem to break when closing it. I contacted customer service, and with minimal effort, was sent a new umbrella.I highly recommend!

I live in a very windy area, so I needed something that wouldn't break. This umbrella got me through several storms for 2 years. It flipped inside out multiple times and tolerated it well, plus it looks cool. After 2 years, the mechanism that collapsed the umbrella broke. I checked to see if there was a warranty and emailed tumella. They replied quickly and sent me a replacement within a week. I highly recommend this umbrella if you are dealing with any kind of wind.

This is an excellent umbrella, nice and compact when closed and large enough for two elementary-aged kids to share when open - as long as they like each other! It is a bit heavy, but I appreciate that's probably due to sturdy components. It also comes with a nice matching sleeve for storage, which helped keep it neat and in good condition when not in use. This was purchased in the fall for the school year, our kids walk about a mile to school every day. It's worked great up until now, but the last rainy day they had it wouldn't close properly when they got home. It was stuck halfway - the stick fully extended, but the canopy closed - and would neither fully open nor fully close. I contacted Tumella via their website / email and received a phone call from customer support the same day! After a brief conversation explaining the situation, a replacement was arranged and shipped to us. I was really impressed with their customer service, both the speed with which my concerns were addressed, and the personal touch of calling to address the problem.

I love this umbrella! The way it opens and closes instantly with a button press is super useful for getting in and out of my car in the rain. And wow, is it sturdy! The Tumella umbrella is lightweight, but very sturdy with its fiberglass frame. The umbrella is also compact and easy to use; a great value overall. I'm 52 years old, and this is by far the best umbrella I've owned.
