Highly recommend these shades. I am gradually replacing all of the blinds in our home with these durable shades. They look great- clean and sheik. Easy to install. Smooth and easy glide to raise and lower.Repeat buyer!

Shade arrived on time. However, it was missing 2 of the screws necessary to hold the brackets to the window frame. It had an odd long black screw covered with drywall powder in the hardware pack. Apparently this shade had been returned but not everything was sent back with it. The ends of the shade were rumpled and wavy like it had been forced into a window opening that was too small. I found my own screws and easily put the shade up in the window opening. Works well but would have liked a new shade without the ruffled edges.

Had to return as the grey was much lighter than on the website. Looked like the light grey.

Install was not so easy on curved/angled trim around window.

The item quickly arrived after being replaced due to severe shipping damage. It is as advertised and will fulfill our needs.
