So Far, this is a Good Nutrient!
I am using this in a homemade mead. It is working well for both of my upcoming batches. These batches are much bubblier than my previous batch where I used raisins as yeast nutrient. The taste, so far, is also smooth in these batches. In a few weeks, we shall see how they turn out!

Excellent nutrition for mead making
Happy yeast make great mead and this product has been exceedingly helpful in keeping a well balanced ferment that chugs along without being stressed. Used in conjunction with Fermaid K for best results.

Dumped it in and could see it work
Careful, it’ll fiz but other than that it’ll definitely help feed the yeast in your brew. Worked great, 1/4tsp in a gallon easy.
