a nice book to teach kids about family

Great book and ideal for using for PSE for a reception class. It shows how families can include all sorts of people, not just Mum, Dad, siblings etc. as we all know this is not normal family life for some children. Just what I was looking for.

This book is great for pre school children to understand different family dynamics and encourage them to talk about their own families.

Our topic is "Who am I?" this book talked about a family that has mother,father, step-families, nan's and grandparents, pets and twins. Covers most families make-up which is great!
