Ive been told that these type of body fat calipers were more accurate then the electronic ones. So Ive tried other calipers like this one and I've had qualified people (That are in the fitness business) use them and told me that they were really off. So when this one came in i had my fitness coach do it and he said "Finally you buy one that works" So i am very pleased with this product!

These items are well-made, functional, and easy to use. As a personal trainer, I need quality, usability and accountability in all my tools and gadgets, and this one is a welcome addition to my trainer's bag. Love the bag that holds them all. Great purchase.

I've recently started worked out and weight lifting but wanted a way to keep measurements, especially to avoid feeling like I wasn't noticing any differences in the mirror. And this works perfectly! I know from previous struggles how frustrating it can be spending weeks and months at the gym and dieting and feeling like you can't see any difference, but knowing the actual measurements keeps me motivated! I know body fat calipers are not thought to be incredibly accurate, but I find these to measure very accurately when taking multiple measurements over different days. I wouldn't use these for science but definitely great if you want to keep track of your own measurements!

Well, I gave this one in particular a shot because it had decent reviews..not sure why. I thought “ hey this one is a little more than the other ones that look just like it and are cheaper, but has ok reviews. Not happy. It’s extremely cheap plastic and the bag that comes with it is paper thin trash as well. The piece that gets pushed in when you press it together gets stuck most the time and doesn’t even make an audible click. On top of that and probably the worst part is that the piece that slides back and forth to actually measure the pinch, freely slides so easily that you can’t get an accurate measurement without it sliding around if the caliper is at any sort of angle. I was looking forward to measuring up my body fat but with the measurements I got I absolutely know it’s False (did it several times in each spot and tried several times total). Don’t waste your money

Although my husband hates it :) I like it, now I can measure his and my fat and keep tracking of them.It is very handy tool and easy to use. Now my husband has to go to the gym no excuses !!!:D

This item was cheaply made but effective. I wish it came with better instructions for use but overall this works great. I just looked up how to use them on youtube.

First time I've ever used these so I have nothing to compare them with, but they're easy to use. I just think they're way over priced.

These I use for accurate and reliable bodyfat testing progress. Make sure to view YouTube videos of proper technique for most accurate readings. I especially appreciate the tape measure and handy storage bag that came with.
