This is my first slicer knife. Boy I tell you, my first time using this knife well exceeded my explanations. This knife is sharp & made short work of the baby back ribs I sliced up. Super clean cut with this knife. Works way better than my standard 6" cutting knife. Both of my knives (actually 3 knives) have their own place now. All I can say, this knife is sharp, ready to use. The grip & feel is good too. Very ergonomic.

Absolutely love this knife. The weight feels good in your hand. Cut a smooth cut with ease. Length is great for a home cook. Like it so much I bought the same for my daughter. For the price you can't beat it!
