Great purchase for Exercise
Was easy to put together and use. I like the wall chart with directions.It would have been better if it came with a video show the exercises being done or a QR code that would take you to one.

excellent product
It’s easy to use, assembled quickly with no difficulties, and it does the job! It also comes with a bag which makes it easy for you to carry it if you plan to workout outdoors or travel. I’m definitely having fun working out with this bar & bands. Really helping return definition to my legs.

Not worth it
I ordered this to start doing more at home workouts. First, it was easy to assemble, but pretty close to impossible to disassemble the pilates bar, so keep that in mind as it is 3 ft tall and does not conveniently allow for storage with the rest of the equipment. After using these, it didn't feel like an effective workout and I think I could get the same quality of workout just by doing wall pilates. I ended up returning because to me it wasn't worth the price or hassle. Would rather invest in a couple dumbbells

it is hard to use if under 5’3
I’m 5’2 and I saw some reviews that said if you are shorter than 5’3 it is hard to use and I thought I would still try it out and just roll up the band on the bar since the band is flexible.. don’t do it! So annoying! I had to keep pausing the workout video I found online to try and make it so I can get some resistance cause if not that thing is coming off your feet and you get zero resistance.. very frustrating cause I think this could give you a good workout. I had to return it before I threw it out my window out of frustration lol

I love this bar and I pack it to take with me anytime I go out of town so that I can easily workout even if there is no other equipment available. Easy to use and easy to pack to bring with me!! I can easily double the bands if I want to add more resistance.
