It cuts trees, pretty well
I can't say for all different types of wood but it cuts, and pretty smooth/low effort. you can also load it up with pressure and really get cutting. Its slower than a hand saw but allows you to take down a pretty large tree. Good quality overall.

Best bang for the buck in this tool.
Good tool it cuts good. Handy camping tool. Well worth the money compared to other prices. Best lightweight option for cutting limbs. Works better than any other hand tool without a motor. Yes, I would gladly buy it again if needed. You can resharpen it. If you used the 550 cord for something else you can put straps or and homemade handle on it easily. A strap with a hole in it, running a stick through it, makes a great handle.

Good for what it is
It does what it's suppose to do. I've been using it to shorten some longer logs I have lying around. Nothing big. Cuts down trees you could wrap your hand around. The chain occasionally gets caught in the wood but I'm no expert and that might be normal. Still gets the job done

Seems Good
I threw this into my go-bag for emergency use. It looks pretty strong and I like the straps. With an easier grip I can take on bigger tasks. I’ll edit this if I take it out for a chore.

trimmed back limbs in my yard
trimmed back limbs in my yard and it worked great. i tossed a rope over the limbs (15 feet overhead) and used this to cut them. it was a little tricky to get the cutting edge on the limb but as soon as it was there it stayed there and it cut quickly.

Got it for light yard work
As the title says, and let me tell ya I was not expecting this to be worth a dang, but it surprised me. Sawed a 4in diameter branch no problem. We'll see how the quality holds up, but it hasn't tried to snag or come unlinked, so far. It's the length it says it is, easy to store, the handle is actually quite comfortable, I can't answer to the sharpness really I mean it cuts easily but I always think stuff could be sharper.
