Will it fit on my Galaxy 9 if ot has a pop socket on the back?

I had to send it back. I have a Galaxy 3 and it didn't fit into the cd player.

Can you play a CD while this is mounted in the slot ?

Over all answer would be no. But based on the type of car you might. I can still play a cd in my 2004 Highlander.
