I love the soft feel of the bag and that it is real leather. The color is pretty and you have two straps to switch between. It’s great for spring. There’s a couple of dislikes about this bag which warrants loss of the two stars. 1 is that the insert or lining is not able to be attached to the bag and it’s only half the height of the actual bag, so I have a big looking purse that functions as a small purse. Also because the insert isn’t attached, I have to fumble around to get past the unnecessary zipper and inside. That is made worse by a zipper across the top of the insert that limits ease of use. It’s more like a makeup bag put into a handbag and then trying to function as a purse. It needs snaps or something (not Velcro) that gives me easy access when I’m digging so far down. If I decide to chuck the insert, I have no pockets to put anything in. It’s a free for all which is maddening! If I had the option to select an attachable insert, this bag would truly be golden.

Comenzare diciendo que tuve muchos problemas compre la bolsa pensando que era de cuero y entiendo que como dice su descripción es de cuero fino, pues no no es ningun cuero fino si es cuero pero no de primera calidad como dicen eso es una sopa de cuero para que me entiendan es como la madera aglomerada igual ese cuero es sopa de cuero así que es muy cara la bolsa para eso ademas de que el diseño de la bolsa interior no sirve para nada solo se ocupa la mitad de la bolsa y ni siquiera esta bien forrada tiene muchas fallas.Y para terminar fue una tortura hacer la devolución tomo casi un mes y puros problemas, si bien estuvieron pendientes y contestando fue muy pesado el proceso.

The bag looks very nice and initially I thought it would be perfect. I found that the strap slips off the shoulder.Also I found that everything gathers at the bottom even under the inner bag that is provided. It is not very easy to keep organized. But saying that, I do like the bag and I would not be adverse to purchasing another in a different colour.
