We had a small issue with postal service (which is not the company’s fault). However the company researched immediately to find it, and gave me a discount. Then the next day he offered a full refund, which he didn’t need to do but was very kind of him. The next day the postal service actually scanned the blanket and I received it a day later free of charge. The blanket is absolutely beautiful and made very well. I got it for my mom, my grandmother passed away and when I read it I cried. I truly recommend this product to anyone !!

Bought this for my sister in law when her Mother passed away. It was the perfect gift as her Mother loved Roses, and the verse is just the most amazing! It fits perfectly on the blanket rack her Mother passed down to her. Lovely and worth every penny!!!
