Could this be used with projectile end down 7.62x39 mm ammo so i could load my mag. speed loader?? thanks rick

Probably not. The holes in this case are almost exactly .40" square. While the nose of the bullet will fit into the holes, the bullet case at the base (rim) is 0.447". The bullets would most likely not fit into holes side-by-side. I have a similar but different case but for .45 ACPs. The holes in that one are .50" square. It might work better for what you have in mind. (ASIN: B004XLA6QA) Regardless, the only way to know for sure is to buy one and try it. If it doesn't work out you probably can find another use for the case or sell it / give it to a friend, it's only $3.71.
