Helps my sacrifice iliac joint

I sometimes get lower back pain so want to wear a lower back support when using dumbbells and doing waist exercises. Works well. The sizing is a little off as it comes up large. I've bought a large and a medium. The belt can ride up a little but it's still pretty good. I've now bought a second one in size medium to keep as a spare as the large isn't as good on me. I really like this belt - it's a good width - some back supports are far too wide. My cousin buys them too. Really good for helping with lower back ache.

I'm using this product because I have a bad back (middle to lower). This helps me walk without to much pain, keeps my back warmish and helps to stableize my back. It's easy to over tighten it, and the size I measured round my waste matched the item I received, prettymuch spot on. I have another belt, which is thicker, but this summer was so hot, I thought I'd try this one and I'm glad I did

Was a little disappointed that it does slip up when wearing but overall it gives a nice feeling of being cradled and it does help with my hip pain, sizing a bit off I think, L was very snug so ordered XL which is much too big, when you adjust the side straps I have to wrap right across the front making it much thicker. I would recommend as it does help with back and hip pain, Wouk suggest if in doubt go for the smaller size as it’s very stretchy.

I love this. I wore it whilst shopping today and was very pleased. The support was great, it did not show under my clothing and was comfortable to wear. I have a back issue, sciatica, and have had bowel surgery also so I do suffer with lower pain, but this indeed helped me to stand more upright than before. The delivery was quick considering the bank holidays inbetween.

Worn this for an afternoon and have had no sciatica pain, while sat wearing it, it does seem to roll at the bottom, it didn’t come with instructions, I had to watch the video, I will see how it goes tomorrow when at work, but so far so good

Very comfortable and fits under my clothes. I got it to compress my hips after both were broken. I worked 8.5 with no issues or pain!!!
