Real examples of thinking young, staying young.
This is one of the most fascinating books I have read in a long time. Maxwell Maltz writes his personal experiences in a fascinating way, almost like mystery stories. The endings are so different to what you may expect.I thought Prescription For Youth meant a way of "psycho thinking" for young readers like his other book, but this is about mature people staying young, in thoughts and looks. Most of these accounts are patients requesting plastic surgery, but the reasons are different and often late in life, not when you expect. Some are tear jerkers with happy endings. Then there are others like at his class reunion. He usually declined these invitations but finally accepted after 30 years! You finish entertained and eager to read again, because each story has significant ideas to help think young and what to do. I am adding it as one of the resources of my own writings. I believe most readers will be encouraged to improve their lifestyle both in and after work.Maxwell Maltz is a person I would love to hear more from, (Also Mark Twain) if it were possible.
