Ich habe die Luftmatratze heute erhalten. Ich musste feststellen, dass die Pumpe 120 V und 60 Hz hat und daher in Deutschland nicht geeignet ist. Hier verwenden wir nämlich 220 V und 50 Hz. Bei Verwendung in Deutschland ist ein Adapter notwendig. Leider ist mir das zu spät aufgefallen und die elektrische Pumpe ist nun kaputt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit sie zu reparieren? Ich wäre über Tipps sehr dankbar.

- decent air mattress. Fills quickly. Relatively comfortable. Holds air. - hump at the top of the mattress is annoying - this is not an actual California king despite being branded as such. It’s about 10% smaller.

Great so far - inflates easily to a firm mattress. The reason for 4 stars is that the mattress does have a strong smell when you first open it up.

Since we downsized, we needed/wanted a king size air mattress for when our son and daughter-in-law come to visit—something we could put away when they leave and still have the spare room for our needs— home gym/office. They extended their stay and I don’t think they are leaving... they couldn’t believe this was an air mattress and said it was as comfortable as their own bed— my son spares no expense when purchasing furniture , so that is saying something!! I did get a nice combo mattress pad/topper and nice Egyptian cotton sheets, but the firmness of this bed is just right. We inflated the mattress 5 days before they arrived and the smell of ‘new air mattress’ dissipated within 2 days. We inflated it during that time per the instructions to accommodate the stretch in the air mattress material and it firms up perfectly with about 15 seconds of additional air pressure. They slept on it and it needed another 15 seconds of air pressure after about 2 days, and then again 2 days later. I don’t think- due to the newness of this mattress, that I would consider that too much maintenance. My son is a big guy—250 lbs of muscle and his wife is average size about 130 lbs— the bed makes absolutely zero noise getting on or off— Sounds like a normal bed. And there was no bouncing when either one rolled over. Bottom line— this bed is of exceptional quality, we are super pleased with our purchase! —-except, it may be just a little TOO comfortable!!!! **We did have a problem with the 1st bed sent to us...I wrote this review, but hadn't submitted it yet, about the 5th day of the our kids' arrival, the bed deflated in the middle of the night. We were mortified, but we did find the leak, it was a defect in the seam. As far as I'm concerned, these things happen. We took a few pictures, called the customer service # and they were SO KIND and HELPFUL!! They sent us a bed right away, the kids slept on sofas for a few nights. We had a new bed in less than a week. My daughter-in-law said she loved the smell--it reminded her of camping with air mattresses as a kid--LMAO. So it all worked out and I don't know what to say about the other bad reviews but, I can only speak to my experience. The kids decided to move back to the area and their new home would not be ready for another month. The new bed was awesome, ZERO PROBLEMS. A month after they left, we had another guest, my husband's brother, a 6'3" man of about 275 lbs. Bed was great, he said he wasn't leaving either!!! Great product and amazing customer service!
