I’ve had WLS and lack many essential vitamins and nutrients. A biotin and collagen supplement was needed because, unbeknownst to me, WLS can cause the acidity of your saliva to increase so much that your teeth frequently feel gritty and you’re susceptible to gum infections and disease. Pros - This just tastes good. You can put it under your tongue or mix it with something. I put my dose in my protein shake or a yogurt and compliments the flavor of most shakes and yogurts. My gums are healthier, my skin isn’t drying out as much, and my hair is strong and growing well. Overall it’s been very effective for me and easy to take. The smell reminds me of a vanilla flavored baked good. Cons - None! It’s tasty on its own or mixed with your favorite beverage. I highly recommend if you need to supplement your biotin and collagen levels due to nutritional deficiencies.

Due to the pandemic and working from home, I gained about 40 pounds quickly and have been trying to get it off for 2 years. My problem was food. I always crave fried food. I started taking these drops in my iced coffee every morning in September. I've noticed since November has started, I don't have a appetite like I use to. I'll eat a few bites and feel like I'm stuffing myself so I'm eating a lot less. I'm not craving fried food or fast food either so it's easier to stick to fish and veggies. Oct 5, I was 228. Today, Nov 26, and 3 days after Thanksgiving, I'm 218. And that's without working out. The only thing I've added to my life that could make this difference is the collegen being added to my daily routine. I've noticed that my face doesn't look as washed out as it did before but not noticing significant changes with that. My skin has never really been in bad shape. I say buy this and be patient. Only cons are the dropper doesn't take the whole serving you're supposed to have to you have to use the dropper 4 times to get the amount you're supposed to use. Also, get more then one bottle. My friend bought me a bottle and I purchased one myself and I'm still on my second bottle. Taste isn't bad at all either, especially in my coffee

I really liked it the first time I purchased it. The taste was great. This time the taste is horrible and the smell of it is even worse. I don’t know what happened but I will not be buying this again.

First: this stuff tastes awful. No matter what I mix it in, the flavor and smell shine through and I gag. That said, it does seem to help my hair and skin. I do take an additional biotin supplement and use collagen essence on my face but this helps round out my routine. The pipette, however, does not suck up more than 0.75mL at a time. I gave it four stars because while it does seem to be effective, the taste is so horrible I can barely get it down.
