Will Definitely Buy Again!
This are thr best led light strips I've owned so far! They are night and bright! I am using them in my bathroom so it is a much smaller room. But I love how the light completely floods the room. The colors are great. I really love the light pink and soft teal it comes with. I've never seen them on other lights. Not sure about the adhesive because I chose to use light tacks to tack it up and not ruin the paint on the walls. They were easy to install either way. They do not get hot at all. They are cold to the touch. I have currently had them foe only 4 days, but they have been on the entire time and even still, no heat.If I ever get lights for another room in my house, I am for sure getting these again!

Brightness is OK, adhesion is strong, not sure about the lifetime
Update - Reduced to 3 StarsAnother reviewer also reported this ... the LED strips "break" around corners. For me, it did not break, but some connection must have loosened inside the gel, and half of the strip was not giving red color. Which caused half of the lights to be off-color. And the gel did not show any breakage.I called Amazon, and got a wonderful customer representative who was nice enough to replace the set. So I am back up and running. But will look carefully at such reviews.=======================================================Original review 4 StarsThese lights are good enough for the price you pay. A full 38 ft. under $30 is a good deal.1. First of all, they come in two strips of 19 ft. each (and not a single 38 ft. strip. So, you may want to find a location in the middle for the power adapter and then fan out from the middle. For me, it was not a problem, as I wanted to get two parallel lines.2. Which brings me to the second point, the LEDs are not very bright. I added them under the kitchen counters, and they will do, for now. So I was hoping for, but I was hoping for much more brighter lights.3. And bring me to my last point of its lifetime ... I am not sure how much is the lifetime for these. I guess we will have to see.Other than that, adhesion is good, I put on on the wood, other on the wall, they work great. It took me 20 min to install the whole thing, and family loves it.

Pretty lights
Finally got around to putting these up outside. They don’t stick to underside of cement steps well, but we have some really sticky tape so not too much of an issue. Colors are fun to play with.Biggest issue…. The control box is NOT WATERPROOF!!! So far so good, I have it wrapped in sticky plastic, inside a sealed baggie and under a little awning…..we’ll see how long it works. ALSO, to use the remote you must be really close to the box….not 2 feet away, through a storm door or window! Oh well, you get what you pay for to add some color to your outdoor life.

Very good, reordering
I’ve had these since august 2019 with no problems but the remote has recently only worked at certain angles. Then I lost the remote completely so i’m re-ordering. They don’t stick well alone so I use tiny adhesive hooks to help them stay up and those work fine. Mine have turned a little yellow overtime but I don’t know what it’s from. Good overall despite those issues.

Only Get these to start a fire
These are among the worst LEDs I have used. I use ALOT of led strips for various projects, and however these were manufactured, has shorts built in, so that when “white” (all Red, Green, and Blue) leds to full, the whole power supply shorts out. Also even when running just one color, for as short as 20-30 minutes, you can literally burn yourself by touching one. I have never experienced such a poorly manufactured LED. I used these particular LEDS behind cornice, and and equal length of a different manufacturer on the other half of the room. The blues are sufficiently matched, color wise as well as continuity in color temperatures between the start of the strip, and the end of the strip, the greens are FAR from as bright as the other strip with very noticeable differences between the beginning and end of the run. The reds are the worst, and super noticeable in the difference between the beginning and end of the runs. As well as overall color and intensity. I have taken extensive training courses on LEDs and understand the functional reasons why these are such garbage (power factor/ led batch/ and the like) but I will spare the reviews those details, and simply advise against using these. I always use the IP rated ones to protect the circuits from wear and dust, and also always glue the strip down, these ones get so hot, they melt the glue, the other strip by comparison (same length, Same but separate power supply) are cold to the touch at the same amount of time. I will be replacing these with the maxomar ones I used on the other side of the room. I am seriously concerned this batch will actually catch on fire, and it is VERY VERY rare, I have such fears about similar type installs. Hope this saves som people all of the activation and losses I am going through as a result of this supremely inferior product. Comp pictures to come.

Great way to light up a deck in the evening!
I previously installed two similar products under the cabinets in the kitchen to serve as night lights. But I had trouble getting them to stick and had to find suitable clips with nails to hold them in place. This set has the strongest glue backing I've come across, hanging from the underside of the deck rail without any assistance. They are plugged into a dusk-to-dawn/combo 2/4/6/8 hour switch (purchased separately from Amazon), so they go on at dusk and are timed to go off when we're going to bed (depending on the season). Just the right amount/type of light to not attract insects and passersby have complemented us on the appearance of the deck.
