What size (in mm) is the base on the 8 inch and 10 inch versions. Surprised that the manufacturer doesn't quote this - its important for ceramic hobs.

My 10” f/pan has a 7.5” dia base.

How flat is the base to work on an induction hob?

As flat as Earth is in Flat Earth Society's mind.
