Nice product in reasonable price. Very effective and worth every penny.

No customer support
Think before buying this product. There is no customer support service for this. Since purchase this is having an issue, when ever we put the flame in sim mode, then it stops, which is a dangerous behaviour, since then I am trying to connect with them, but there is no customer support.Better go with branded one.
