Why does this say mens is it just for men ? zinka mens colored sunblock zinc nosecoat - white

This product is not just for men. It can be used on anyone - man, woman, or child.

What is the shelf life?

There is not a shelf life listed on the tube but I’ve been using the same one for over 3 years and it is perfectly fine. This is the best nose protection available in my opinion. I use other products as well but for hard core nose protection, Zinka nosecoat can’t be beat. I live on the Texas gulf coast and spend many days in the blazing sun, been using this for years

Will this block 100% of the Sun?

Yes. It works for me for both Sun and Wind to completely block them. Note that it does "melt" a little bit if you're exercising and your skin heats up, but it's not like it slides off. The edges just get a little runny.
