Thought it was for my Broan model but bolts were in upside down, not long enough and didn't come with nuts..... easy enough after pondering a few minutes, used old nuts and bolts from old unit.Other than that I returned the first couple that I bought because the boxes, labeled new, were really beat up. I figured had been returned before but they were all the same. Ended up using four. Definitely recommend, much easier than replacing whole fan and box. Pleased with the sound level....I'd guess 1.5 scone when compared to one I know was advertised to be that.

Motor seemed to wear out in about a month.
Worked great at first, was very quiet. But in about a month something happened to the motor and it stopped working. It started squealing very loudly and slowed down to the point that it doesn't pull any air through. From what I can tell it overheats after just a couple minutes of being turned on.

Easy fit!
This is the second one I have purchase.The one in my private bath went bad in August of 2020.This replaced it and has worked well for over 4 years and is still going.The fan in the main bath started making noise so I just looked back and bought this again.It just plugs in inside the housing like a lamp. EASY!!!!

Don't listen to that old motor making racket!
With this motor - there's no need to put up with your rusty old fan motor cranking decibels in excess of a concert at an outdoor stadium. Easy peasy - took me less than half hour to replace the three of these in my home. Don't even need mechanical knowledge - it literally plugs in. SUPER QUIET!!! The bathroom that houses the litter pans for our cats has a fan that never turns off - and every year I get a new motor. This is quieter than the OEM Broan motors at Lowe's and half the cost. Highly recommend!
