Good quality and very large indeed!
The trousers that came had the label cut out, and bore a striking similarity to trousers I used to buy from a recently closed down high street department store.... They are indeed large, infact I bought the next year up for my boy (when I normally buy 3 sizes up in supermarket school uniform trousers) and they were too big. Was gonna return them, then decided to keep them cos he's bound to fit them in the future!

Probably the best school trousers around if your child is on the sturdy side which mine is. He has a typical rugby player build and every other high street brand of trouser was way too tight in the thighs and bottom. I read the reviews for these trousers and bought my son's age, 8, and the next size up as I was a bit dubious about the sizing. I was delighted when his own age sizing was perfect for him, as was he!! Up to now we'd been buying age 11 for the waist room (and sometimes even these were tight!) and it did knock his confidence slightly. Not to mention the amount of split seams when he tried to sit down in assembly! I now have a happy, comfortable and confident child heading out to school and I will be buying more of the next size up for September. Amazing the difference a good pair of trousers can make. A fantastic buy for a fantastic price!

Great fit!
I always struggle to find trousers to fit my son and the only shop I could find them in has closed down . I read the reviews on here and decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did ! They're made from a strong material and are a lovely grey colour (not too light like some). They have a stretchy waist and the right amount of leg room and fit my son's 'awkward' shape perfectly, He is usually a 9years-plus size so I ordered a 9-10 years and they're perfect. Son can be very fussy with clothing but he says these feel lovely so all in all very happy and ordering some more :)

Great find!
Someone mentioned that you could get wider waist trousers from m&s and BHS etc but after reading the reviews on their site I decided to look on Amazon. I relied on the reviews for this product as my child is chubby around the belly and I got fed up of getting size 11 or 12 ordinary and them being too long and still some of them tight. My boy is 9 and I nearly went for the next age up just in case but glad I did not as the 9-10 fit him perfectly. Only a bit long but he is slightly shorter than his friends. Buy your child's age trouser as the waist is generous. Just ordered another pair.

When your child needs to replace school uniform midweek, this was a rescue buy
This pair of school trousers was bought in an emergency to replace a damaged one. It was received very fast. It saved me from the trouble to going to the shop to find school trousers mid week.Fitted perfectly and I am also very pleased with the quality. The last pair of school uniform was bought from Next, so I can confirm this one's quality is as good.
