After having our first daughter 16m postpartum, I started to have major health issues. Such as extreme fatigue, food aversions,exhaustion, brain fog, and by 6pm I was already worn out and I felt like my body was missing something so I ordered these. Two days in and I can definitely feel the difference! I feel like I have more energy and I feel my body replenishing itself. I will keep taking these for now. I haven't had any side affects so far. I still have my milk supply. No stomach issues either, the pills are pretty big but easy to swallow.

I’ve never received a bad batch from Amazon like I have with other brands of multi/pre natals. Nothing is worse than being completely out of your prenatal, pregnant and tired, and you open up a new bottle of vitamins that reek like fish oil. 3x ordering these previously I ordered a couple diff types of postnatal but these are my fav They help with milk production Others I tried my baby was more gassy

Fishy but effective
Love the gel cap, large but was easy to swallow, however these are VERY fishy in taste and smell!
