Nice item, although dealings with the company could be better!!!
Did not receive what was stated in the item descriptions! Was told I should have paid extra for this!! No clear way for ordering the engraving! When asked for what was required for the engraving it was not specified that you can a different engraving on both the tin and padlock! And therefore received a blank tin lid, although asked for it to be engraved on a previous email to them, (Assuming they would have engraved what was on the padlock) this was not the case!! It is a Lovely item, brought this as a sentimental gift, although it has been somewhat tarnished with the dealings of this company!
