I purchased these Relcolor compatible cartridges for my older Canon Pixma MG5428, which I still use primarily for printing CDs and DVDs. Given the very reasonable price, I was pleasantly surprised by the results, so I have purchased these several times.Print quality is very good, both for standard documents and disc printing. Colors are clean and well-saturated, and black text is crisp. For an older printer, the output exceeded my expectations and shows no obvious degradation compared to OEM cartridges.The cartridges include a built-in chip, which is important because it allows the printer to recognize the cartridge, report ink levels, and function normally without warnings or errors. I do a lot of printing for crafting, and this Relcolor compatible ink cartridge set has worked very well for me. I print on more than just regular paper, including printable stabilizer, vinyl, and specialty papers, so I need ink that can keep up without making every project feel like it costs a fortune.The print quality has been excellent. The colors come out nicely, and the black ink prints clean and dark. For the price, I have been very pleased with the results. I usually purchase this set about every 6 to 7 months, which tells me it lasts a good while considering how much I print.The cartridges have worked well for my craft projects, everyday printing, and specialty materials. I appreciate being able to get both black and color cartridges in one pack, especially since buying ink can feel like funding a small side business.The only reason I took off one star is that the cartridges do sometimes clog. I’ve owned my Cannon MX922 for about 10 years and until last fall, I have only used original Cannon ink cartridges. But because of the cost of living and money being very tight, I decided (after reading many reviews) to give these a try. The entire box of 5 cartridges cost less than one single Cannon cartridge. I’ve used 2 of the 5 cartridges so far and they are working perfectly. I will continue to purchase these cartridges…. Such a HUGE savings!!

The product is poor quality. It printed a few pages correctly, and then some cartridges stopped supplying ink. My Canon printer does not recognize these cartridges and cannot tell me when the ink is out. I will go back to buying the Canon cartridges.
