Perfect for base of artificial trees
I used this around the base of an artificial tree in an inside planter. It helps conceal the plastic pot/bottom and give more texture/realness. Knocking off one star bc it does smell a bit moldy/mildewy out of the bag. I haven’t noticed the smell coming from the moss around the tree though.

Looks alright, but the vacuum packing is problematic for use
I wanted to use this moss for a crafts project. However, unlike other moss I've purchased in this past, this one came vacuum packed. This made it more difficult to work with because instead of being fluffy and airy, the moss was tightly packed. I tried to fluff it manually, but since this is a dried-style moss it mostly just flakes apart.I think this moss would be ideal if you just want it to lay down flat. The vacuum packing makes it more of a "sheet" moss. It didn't work too well for my purposes, but the color was as expected and it is what it's supposed to be at the end of the day.
