Sticks to glass windscreen very well, plastic less so.

There is a clear option and there may be colours. I have used the clear stuff and it is very good. Claire is the girl who fills the tubes.

Does it apply on silicone?

You would need to remove the silicon that is in place clean surface and then apply this product.this is clear silicon you wouldn't apply silicon on top of old silicon
