Great part.

The perfect device to reuse the gen 1 echo speakers and PSU! I use it as a mono speaker to reference my music production/have a speaker for my Yamaha DX7. Definitely reference the original pictures to make sure you get your psu polarity correct and double check your polarity on the input lines. Also seems like an economical way to get audio in your car if your head unit doesn't work and can tap the 12v DC line and ground.

My security system has composite out for audio passthrough. So I needed a mono class D amp for a boat speaker I came across free. I hooked a 1 amp 12v brick to a switch then this little amp as its only a 25w boat PA bullhorn & I dont want to scare anyone or cause hearing damage. Will be fun to play the Michael Myers theme for the kids this halloween when they come for their treat lol.

It comes with no wiring diagram, no instructions, no spec sheet. There are markings on the circuit board that are barely visible to the naked eye, which are almost impossible to read, and easy to get wrong.

I bought this item as a replacement for the output stage in an old tube type guitar amp. With the price of output tubes topping $300+ for a matched pair this item becomes a very cost effective alternative. Sound quality was surprisingly good for such a small package. And boy does this amp pack a punch, more then enough volume coming from the two 12 inch speakers connected in parallel providing a 4 ohm load. I'm currently running the amp with a 15 volt DC power supply. The item is small and built very well. The terminal connections are marked but polarity is not on the DC connection. Be sure to connect the DC power so that the negative is connected to the terminal closest to the DC IN label on the board. Another plus with this item is how cool it operates, generating very little heat while pushing out the sound. All in all, I am very pleased with this product and far exceeded my expectations.

I’m using this to drive an 8-inch guitar speaker in a small practice amp i made. It’s clean it’s quiet and can produce a good volume when turned up. I’m using a 20 volt dc ps. The only thing I’d caution you on is to be gentle with the volume pot. It seems a little fragile since it’s just mounted on the board. Otherwise this is a great little amp, and no soldering needed.

First time use at 12V 1.5 amps the board caps blew and fried my $160.00 audio input device.

Impressive ampliier with super clean audio. If you hear clicking or buzzing, power this with its own isolated 12vdc power supply, separate from your audio sheild and controller's 3.3v to 5v power supply. I initially was using a Mean Well switching power supply with a 12v and 5v output. I could not resolve buzzing and clicks untill I bought one with isolated outputs.

All four of them amp boards arrived in one bag with damaged pots, twisted. Fortunately, I will use these set at max gain, so will remove the pots and add single 50k resistors in their places.

I presume the problems I had are my fault. Needs a lot of input, needs to be grounded unless you want to hear every cell phone in your room. Probably useful for someone with a better understanding of audio electronics.
